Shipping
All orders will be processed and shipped for delivery within 1-3 business days. During a sale, it may take a little longer. Shipping timeframes are determined by our carrier service - Australia Post. Please note that the timeframes are an estimate only as there can be unexpected delays. Please also note that orders are sent from Nhulunbuy which is a remote area in Australia. Please expect deliveries to take longer to get to you.
We charge $10 flat rate shipping within Australia via Australia Post. Orders weighing over 1kg will cost a $15 flat rate.
Australian orders over $99 receive free standard shipping.
Express shipping is extra.

Sown is not responsible for orders once they have been shipped. We will try our best to contact Australia Post to resolve any lost, late or missing item.

Choosing EXPRESS SHIPPING does not mean your order will be shipped on the same day. It means you have bought the shipping service only. Sown will process and ship orders within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please also refer to points 1 and 2.

All orders come with tracking with Australia Post. You can opt to “leave at safe place”. Please know that if you choose NO signature on delivery, we cannot be responsible of your order if it is lost or missing.
